I thought I was a fool opting for sushi while touring France but Marseille's got the freshest seafood and the guys at Sakura Sushi know exactly what they're doing with it. 10/10 will come back to Marseille and Sakura. And don't forget to get the sake (which naturally is not pronounced the same here at all)!

1h30 to receive the order (placed on their website). The « crispy » chicken was not at all crispy, in fact it was very cold (as if it just came out of the fridge!) and soggy. Do not recommend and will not be going again.

I thought that it would be good because of the 4,5 stars rating… It was so disappointed that my girlfriend almost discussed in public with me and I must give her right… not the typical sushi that we were waiting for

I had a chirasi and was disappointed. - the soybean source was already under the rice. It should have been provided with a separate source bottle so that the customers can make their own source with wasabi. Plus, the soybean source was sweet, which is not common - rice was too cooked. - avocado was not written on the menu. Plus, chirasi does not include avocado. - radish thing was also not appropriate. It is not for chirasi. - fish were too largely cut. - rice was too small. I hope the chef would improve or remove the chirasi on the menu. This is not the one I had in Japan, as well as in Paris. I hope more people in Marseille can try real authentic Japanese food.
